As with many legal issues, the whole process has many nuances and conditions, which might tip the scales in your favor, so to speak, or result in wasted time and money, in the worst case. There are many questions people usually ask us when they want to move to Spain. For example, what medical insurance is required? What type of coverage? How should you cover all your expenses through the bank account? Do you need a health certificate? What documents need to be translated into Spanish? Do I need an apostille? Can any translator do it? What is the validity period of bank certificates? Is a criminal record certificate required for all cases? How can your family members apply for a residence permit? And so, and so on.
Above mentioned questions are only the tip of the iceberg, and depending on the situation there might be a lot more. Fortunately for our clients, we have clear answers for all of them.
